Yes. All rates given on this website are excluding VAT.
How much does a day of coworking cost?
40 TND excl. VAT for a full day, with no commitment. You get access to the space, the fibre connection, the printer, the lounge, the kitchen and reception.
What does the 400 TND monthly subscription include?
Unlimited access, a Berges du Lac address for your mail, and every service included: utilities, fibre, reception, cleaning, parking, coffee and tea. There is nothing to add.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Utilities, electricity, air conditioning and cleaning are part of the subscription. You pay a single amount each month.
How much does it cost to rent a meeting room?
200 TND excl. VAT per day, 150 TND excl. VAT per half-day and 40 TND excl. VAT per hour. A 50% surcharge applies outside opening hours and at weekends.
How do I book a meeting room?
A booking is confirmed once a 50% deposit of the total amount has been paid, which secures the room. The balance is due before the room is occupied.
What are the rates for private offices and virtual office?
On request, depending on your needs. We have 11 private offices, from 2 to 9 workstations.
Is it better value than a conventional office?
A standard 15 m² office in Tunis rents for 800 to 1,500 TND per month — without any of the services we include.
